Jeff Johnson from Colorado, will be our host for an all day workshop in the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge west of Lawton on June 27th. This class is limited to no more than 25 attendees. Note that all attendees will be required to car pool together in designated vehicles, due to the restrictions of the refuge and the limitations of our use permit. From the crack of dawn that morning until noon, he will direct and instruct the class attendees on seeing the light and how to capture award winning images. Then after lunch, that afternoon he will take the class into the classroom at the hotel, where he will demonstrate his magic of working on the images you just captured, in the computer.
The host hotel is the Homewood Suites by Hilton located at 415 SE Interstate Dr in Lawton, 73501. Their number is 580-357-9800. I encourage you make a room reservation for Saturday, June 26th, the night before and even stay over Sunday night, if you can do so. It will allow you to enjoy the full essence and experience of this trip and workshop. Remember it is limited to the first 25 registrations. All PPA members will earn one continuing education merit from PPA.
