The "Fun in the Sun" event will be held at Lake Eufaula at Checotah. We will be in the Pavilion in the middle of Deep Fork Campground. This is a PPA Continuing Education Event. PPA members will earn a CE Merit for attending.

Tony Corbell will be presenting a variety of light demonstrations to address various types of natural lighting situations you might encounter.

Saturday :

Hanging out at the campground along with family cook outs while socializing as well as enjoying an evening campfire. Tony will be doing a night time lighting demonstration around 8 PM that evening.

Sunday Schedule of Events:

8:30-9:00 Welcome

9:00-11 Noon - Tony Corbell

12:00 - 1:30 Lunch and Games

1:30 - 5:00 - Tony Corbell

5:00 on - Hanging out time

The pre-registration cost is only $30.00 for each individual wanting a merit or $40.00 for a couple or family. You may register on site that morning but individual members will be $35.00 and couples or families will be $45.00.

Lunch is included with your registration.

Join us as Tony show you how to photograph outdoors in various kinds of lighting conditions.

This is an all day event not only for photographers but also a retreat for the entire family. Arrive on Saturday and camp out at the state park for a fun evening. Plain camp sites are available on a "first come, first serve" basis. There are also RV or camper sites with water & electric hookups.
